Per Dr. Laurence Peter (1968), the Peter Principle is a colloquial principle that states that "In a hierarchy every employee tends to rise to his level of incompetence."
The saga at the Nigerian House of Representative purely represents this principle. Simply put, it is purely hilarious.., so hilarious it would make a big nollywood hit.
An elected official tries to renovate a building with over N200 million, buy cars, furnish an official residence and ask for a body massager in addition, yet sees no logic in the honorable path of resignation even with a looming indictment.
But, body massager for N90 plus million? Come on!, even Reuben Abati claimed he could provide the same services free of charge and do a better job than the machine!. hear him:

Ebinpejo lane Idumota and Iweka Rd Onitsha should please massage our pleasure and produce this hit for our "etteh-tainment".
Title? consider: "Our N628 Million"!
